
BEFORE YOU COME
To ensure your dog's appointment is confirmed and everything is ready for a smooth check-in, there are a few important items that must be completed before you arrive.

We require proof of your dog's current vaccinations, a signed Policy & Deposit Waiver, and your grooming deposit to be paid in full. Completing these requirements ahead of time helps us provide a safe environment for every pet in our care and allows us to keep appointments running on schedule.

Deposit
A $50 non-refundable deposit is required for all Full Groom appointments, and a $10 non-refundable deposit is required for all Full Bath appointments. Appointments are not confirmed until the required deposit has been paid.

Waiver
All clients must electronically sign our Policy & Deposit Waiver before their appointment. By signing, you acknowledge and agree to our salon policies, cancellation terms, and deposit policy.

Vaccines
For the safety of all pets in our care, dogs must have current Rabies, Bordetella, and Distemper vaccinations before their appointment. Proof of vaccination is required prior to your visit. If your dog's vaccines are not up to date, we will be unable to provide grooming services.
