Do I need to make an appointment for a Self-Wash?

Accepted Answer

No. However, the busiest time for self-washes is during the weekend hours (Saturday and Sunday) and you may be waiting anywhere from 5-15 min for at tub. During the week (Monday through Friday) there is almost no wait.

What's the"Express We-Wash" and "1:1 Groom"

Accepted Answer

We-Wash Express ($15 added on top of We-Wash price) 
This means your dog is services from start to finish without disruption or kenneling. We recommend this for puppies (5+months), seniors (up to 15 years), anxious dogs and/or reactive dogs. This service takes about 20-45 min depending on the dogs temperament.

1:1 Groom ($30 added on top of Full Groom price): 
This means your dog is services from start to finish without disruption or kenneling. We recommend this for puppies (4+months), seniors (up to 15 years), anxious dogs and/or reactive dogs. This service takes about 2-4 hours depending on the dogs size/coat condition/temperament.

For this services you must be the first appointment of the day to come in and it is only available on weekdays as weekend tend to be super busy for us.

Question 3

Whats the difference between a nail trim and a nail dremel? and do i need an appointment?

Accepted Answer

A nail trim is when we we use a nail clipper.
A nail dremmel is when we use an electric nail file to shorten the nail, push back the  quick, and round out the nail leaving no rough edges.
 
**The nail dremmel is recommended for black nails**
 
No you do NOT need an appointment. You also do NOT need vaccine records as we normally trim your pups nail right then and there. You will hopefully be in and out in 10 minutes.

Why do we require a grooming/we-wash deposit? and what is it?

We-Wash Deposit : 20% of We-Wash price
Grooming Deposit : $50 
It is discounted from the full service price and is taken at the time that the appointment is made.
