Deposit for We-Wash : A non-refundable $10 deposit is required at the time the appointment is made.

Deposit for Full Groom : A non-refundable $50 deposit is required at the time the appointment is made.

Cancellation Policy:​

• Rescheduling: Customers can reschedule their appointment, but they must do so at least 24 hours before the scheduled date and time.

• No Refunds for Cancellations or No-Shows: If customers cancel within 7 days of the appointment or fail to show up without prior notice, they forfeit their deposit.
