Deposit for We-Wash : A 20% deposit is required at the time the appointment is made.

Deposit for Full Groom : A $50 deposit is required at the time the appointment is made.

Cancellation Policy:

• Refund for Cancellation within 7 Days: Customers who cancel their appointment at least 7 days prior to the scheduled date will receive a refund of their deposit.

• Rescheduling: Customers can reschedule their appointment, but they must do so at least 24 hours before the scheduled date and time.

• No Refunds for Cancellations or No-Shows: If customers cancel within 7 days of the appointment or fail to show up without prior notice, they forfeit their deposit.
